Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order through our Site. You agree not to use our Site or any content contained in it for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow one week for delivery within the Europe or up to 2 weeks for outside Europe. If your order has not been received within this time please contact us via the from on our Contact Us page.
Executive Relationship Coaching, in conjunction with our service providers, do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Executive Relationship Coaching, is not responsible for:
• Deliveries of any product ordered from Executive Relationship Coaching, to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
• Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Shipping charges included’ offers are valid only on weekday deliveries to addresses within Europe.

In order to download any of our products, you are required to register on our website and accept our Terms and Conditions. These include:
(i) Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Web site, and (ii) Terms and Conditions governing the download of electronic products from our site.
When you purchase a downloadable product, you are agreeing to the following conditions of use:
(i) Executive Relationship Coaching grants you a license to download these audio files only for your personal, non-commercial use.
(ii) You may not use these audio, video or e-book files for any other purpose including downloading, editing, or using these files for the purpose of promoting, advertising, endorsing or implying a connection with you (or any third party) and Executive Relationship Coaching, its agents or employees.
(iii) Executive Relationship Coaching will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of or connected with the download or use of these files.
(iv) You may NOT print or photocopy the product or any portion of the material, unless written permission has been granted, an then only as per the terms of this written permission
(v) You may not post the product or any portion of it’s material on a website, forward via email, or in any other way transmit as a downloadable or printable file.
(vi) You may make one back up copy of the product only
(vii) File size. MP3 audio files and video files are large. Many Internet service providers (ISPs) set download limits in their customer agreements. If you're not sure if you have a download limit, you may like to contact your ISP.
(viii) Disk Space. When MP3s download to your hard drive, they can quickly take up a large amount of space. Make sure you have enough space, or move the files regularly to another drive or device.
(ix) Download Time. For customers accessing the web via a modem, the download time is significant. A 10MB file downloading through a 56 Kb modem in average conditions, will take about 33 minutes.
Terms and Conditions governing attendance at any of our events
Receipt of the correct payment, in full (only) guarantees your place at an event.
Travel or accomodation expenses are not included in the event price, unless specified.
You are required to complete and return to us an event booking form no later than 3 days prior to an event (ideally earlier).
Event Participation
At Executive Relationship Coaching events, we encourage a high level of participation. However, we do ask that you respect a few basic rules.
Non-prescribed drugs are strictly prohibited. Any participant suspected of being under the influence of non-prescribed drugs will be asked to leave immediately.
All events are strictly non-smoking.
Unnecessary heckling or other disruptive behaviour towards our staff or other participants is strictly prohibited. Any participant acting in this manner will be asked to leave immediately. Our events occasionally utilise aggressive actions, bad language and emotional outbursts in a controlled manner and in the context of the event. Persons of a sensitive disposition should consult us prior to the start of an event if they are in any doubt as to the likely content.
Unnecessary aggression and bad language should be avoided unless directed as above. Please comply with the directions of our staff, who are there to assist you and to ensure you get the most out of your chosen event.
Please comply with any directions of the venue management, who are not under the control of Executive Relationship Coaching.
Under 18’s will not be admitted to any event unless accompanied at all times by an adult. All participants engaging in any physical event, do so at their own risk. Participants should be in good health and should refrain from participating if they suffer from any condition that may be affected or aggravated by participation in the chosen activity.
Persons who have visited a Psychiatrist within 12 months preceding the start of their event will only be admitted with a letter of consent from their G.P.
Still photography, video photography and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited without express permission by a written request to Executive Relationship Coaching.
From time to time, Executive Relationship Coaching events are filmed or recorded for sales, marketing, promotional or quality control purposes. By attending an event, Participants consent to being filmed for the duration of the event, and agree that Executive Relationship Coaching shall retain all intellectual property rights arising from any resulting media.
All Executive Relationship Coaching materials are copyright protected. Any person found to have infringed such copyright will be liable to immediate legal action.
Any person contravening the above rules will be asked to leave immediately.
Travel
Unless otherwise stated, travel (including any flights, rail and transfers), accommodation and food are NOT included in the event price.
General
Executive Relationship Coaching shall not be liable for any claim for injury or loss of or damage to property suffered by individuals or for any claims or damages, including that resulting from unavailability of or variation to events, facilities or services.
Participants shall ensure that they maintain adequate insurance cover in respect of any injury, loss or damage which they may suffer. For events that involve overseas travel away from the participant’s normal country of residence, travel insurance will be required.
Participants Shall indemnify Executive Relationship Coaching for all loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses incurred / suffered by Executive Relationship Coaching arising as a result of negligence and or deliberate damage caused by the participant to any event venue or its facilities.
We respect your
privacy. We do not sell or share confidential consumer information with
any outside party, unless we are so required by law.
All online financial transactions are handled off-site by the secure credit card Paypal systems on secure servers. We do not store any credit card information via this or any of our web sites.
